San Francisco news reports that a woman was hospitalized after being struck by a Muni train. Muni's M-Ocean View train hit the woman near the intersection of 19th Avenue and Randolph Street. She suffered a head injury as a result of the accident. She continues to recover and is in serious but stable condition.
