San Francisco news reports that 11 people were injured when a Casino Bus and two cars collided on the Golden Gate Bridge. According to an initial investigation, the accident occurred when one car came to a stop at the toll plaza and was hit from behind by another vehicle before the bus rear-ended both vehicles, CHP officers noted.
Several recent Party bus and casino bus accidents have occurred, underscoring the importance of researching the Casino Bus/Party Bus company you choose. Casino Buses take gamblers from cities such as San Francisco and Los Angeles to regional casinos. However due to the rise in casino bus accidents, including last year’s tragic Palm Spring's bus accident, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is investigating Casino Bus safety. Those riding the buses are typically older and lower-income, and often the bus companies are small operations, and may cut corners on safety – including things such as bus maintenance and driver background checks.
The last thing you want to interrupt what should be a fun day is a tragic accident.
Thankfully the injuries were minor in this incident.
