Over more than four decades of practice, James Bostwick has built one of the most recognized trial careers in California. He is a Nationally Certified Medical Malpractice Specialist through the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys, a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates, limited to the top 100 plaintiffs' trial lawyers in the country, and a former President of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
